After basically being off diet and off schedule since Christmas, I’m hopping back on that horse again. I’ve finally recovered flu-wise enough to risk getting a bit less sleep to get myself on a more functional schedule, so here I am!
Diet-wise, I think I’m try the following protocol for a few weeks and see how I feel.
Low-carb Paleo diet 5 days a week
1 day of fasting per week
1 cheat day where I only consciously avoid gluten after the fast
I’d actually prefer to avoid protein two days a week, so after I’ve been on this protocol for a few weeks, I may add in an additional protein fast one day per week.
